What girl wouldn't love to have her own “Quinceanera Song” with its own quinceanera music written just for her? Who hasn't spent countless hours searching for that perfect song for their Sweet 15 or Sweet 16 celebration?
Well guess what? That is exactly what happened to me when my daughter turned Sweet 15 for her quince anos, and we were planning her Quinceanera event. Being a mother of a quinceanera myself, and having been faced with that same dilemma, I decided to put my own creative song writing abilities to work. I wrote a sweet fifteen song especially for her as a personal gift from me. I also wanted to take that song and make it available to anyone who at one time or another has been faced with that similar situation of finding that memorable song for such an important occasion.
I am G-Mara the “Quinceanera music diva” songwriter who enjoys writing for such special events. I've written songs for many Quince girls and parents who were planning a Sweet 15 or Sweet 16 celebration and I’ve customized songs for them that have fulfilled their special needs and/or requests. Such is the case of Melissa Camargo whose daughter was turning Sweet 15. After a few conversations with her, I wrote "Standing Tall" which is a song inspired by the love of a mom and dad for their daughter.
